Colonial Fence offers custom pre-staining of all wood fence that we manufacture. We use a two stage process which starts with a coat of Benjamin Moore oil primer and then is followed by a topcoat of stain. A second topcoat of stain is available at an extra cost and is recommended for the best finish on the market! All fencing is spaced to dry before and after staining to allow for the best finish possible. We can custom-mix stain to the color of your choice. Pre-staining is a far better method than staining the fence after installation for two reasons:

1.) We stain in a heated, controlled environment that allows better penetration of stain. No adverse elements to deal with(i.e rain, wind, dirt)

2.) No mess in your yard! Overspray can make a mess of gardens, plants, and grass.
